Already applied? Great! Next, comes the interview. Our process is very in-depth.

To prepare, dress professionally and show up on time (not too early or late). When you arrive, be kind to the receptionist – rudeness is unacceptable. Arrive with the following items in tow:

  • A copy of your resume

  • Two government-issued IDs
  • Any GED, diplomas, degrees, certificates, or licenses you’ve earned
  • $10 cash for the drug screening test (this is returned immediately when the test is passed)
  • Your prescription and the doctor’s name, fax number, and phone number concerning any prescription drugs you’re taking that might show up positive on a drug screen
  • Bank information for direct deposit

As part of the interview process,

1. You’ll first take an Applicant Survey. This computer-based questionnaire takes nine to 20 minutes to complete.
2. If the specific job you’re applying for (such as an industrial placement) requires it – you will take a drug test.
3. If you’re applying for a clerical position, you’ll take two to five computer-based tests to assess your skill levels if applying.

Last, that all-important face-to-face interview—via Skype when necessary—with our Staffing Coordinators. It can last one to two hours.

Please:

  • Be enthusiastic and positive about what you can offer and do
  • Be honest when explaining your gaps.
  • Listen to the interviewer, and ask questions.

Helpful Hint: Don’t talk too much, talk negatively about past or current employers, slouch, or stare at the desk or floor.
