United Talent Staffing is seeking a IT Specialist in Charleston. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our technology systems, supporting our legal professionals and staff to ensure seamless operations. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
  • Administer and support M365 applications and services.
  • Perform system administration tasks for Windows and Linux, including user management and server maintenance.
  • Provide helpdesk support to resolve technical issues.
  • Set up and configure hardware and software for new employees.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment.
  • Collaborate on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor security systems, ensuring data protection and compliance.
  • Conduct backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Assist with document management systems and database administration.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
  • Support website maintenance and updates.
  • Assist with technology-related marketing initiatives.
  • Document IT systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, M365, Windows/Linux system administration, networking, and helpdesk support.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and SQL database administration.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management, patch management, and remote support.
  • Experience with EDR/XDR solutions, document management systems, and database software (e.g., Time Matters, PCLaw, Smart Advocate).
  • Familiarity with VOIP phone systems (e.g., Cisco) and hyperconverged infrastructure.
  • Web development and digital marketing experience.
  • Vendor management experience.
