United Talent Staffing is immediately seeking 1st Shift Customer Service Manager in the Atlanta area!

Job Duties:

  • Ensure the highest levels of service are maintained with clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met daily 
  • Owner of the Change and Escalation process, ensuring high levels of performance and accurate reporting in maintained
  • Establish service improvement activities when required and ensure future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans
  • Take ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
  • Drive client and internal review meetings covering performance, service improvements, service quality, billing and change
  • Be able to identify efficiencies and lower cost across business
Pay & Shift: 1st Shift: 7am – 4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
With pay starting at $20 based on experience 


  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivating and able to take responsibility
  • Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
  • Excellent excel and presentation skills
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to work scheduled shift each day
