United Talent is immediately hiring for an Onsite Human Resources Representative for a manufacturing company in Clarksburg, WV! 
Job Duties: This position will provide both Human Resource and Quality support to the facility and serve as the onsite HR person. 
  •       Recruit, interview and onboard potential candidates for facility positions
  •       Perform orientations, including all aspects of onboarding (E-Verify, Drug/Background Screening, Reference Check, etc.) 
  •       Recruit for the Clarksburg facility (including posting and tracking positions through our online system) and attend recruiting events in the area. 
  •       Coordinate facility events (employee retention, celebrations, etc.) 
  •       Work with the staffing agencies regarding staffing needs and placements 
  •       Assist employees with benefits, employee concerns, etc. 
  •       Communicate HR related announcements to the facility 
  •       Reviews and updates timesheets for facility. 
  •       Other duties as assigned. 
  •       QUALITY ASSURANCE – Will serve as the onsite Quality person. 
  •      Update and maintain quality manual and documentation to ensure compliance to GMP, regulations and standards. 
  •      Review, revise and create Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms and other training documents. 
  •      Prepare and maintain quality trends. 
  •      Perform internal audits to ensure compliance to required compliance to required standards. 
  •      Coordinate quality claims from beginning to end. 
  •      Other duties as assigned. 
 
Pay & Shift: $16 – $20/Hour, based on experience
 
Requirements:  
  •       Working knowledge of MicroSoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 
  •       Strong attention to detail. 
  •       Prior manufacturing Human Resources experience (1+ years) 
  •       Required Education – High school diploma or GED (Associates degree or vocational/technical school preferred) 
  •       Previous experience with ISO 9001 and or ISO 13485 regulations (Preferred) 
  •       Training on DayForce HR system and AS400 computer program (Preferred)
