United Talent Staffing is immediately hiring a Quality Control Specialist for a leading window and patio door manufacturer in the New Martinsville area! This is a great opportunity to join a dependable production team focused on quality and precision.
Pay & Shift
- Pay: Starting at $12.00/HR
- Shift: Monday – Friday, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
- Overtime: May be required based on production needs
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect finished windows, frames, and components for defects in appearance, structure, and function
- Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards before shipment
- Document inspection results and report any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors
- Work closely with production staff to resolve quality issues
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance production efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and follow all safety procedures
Requirements
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift 50 – 70 lbs as needed
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
- Must be able to read fine/small print and use a tape measure accurately
- Able to push and pull heavy carts safely
- Must wear closed-toed shoes and work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check and drug screen (prior convictions do not necessarily disqualify you)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
