United Talent is seeking a experienced and skilled Senior Craftsman specializing in Kitchen & Bath remodeling. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in various trades, including plumbing, drywall, framing, cabinetry, tile work, backsplash installation, and basic electrical work. This role requires the ability to take the lead on projects with minimal supervision and deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
Job Duties:
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of assigned kitchen and bath remodeling projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Multi-Trade Expertise: Perform high-quality work across various trades, including:
- Plumbing installations and repairs.
- Drywall hanging, patching, and finishing.
- Framing and structural adjustments.
- Custom cabinetry installation and repairs.
- Tile work, including floors, walls, and backsplashes.
- Basic electrical tasks, such as installing fixtures and outlets.
- Client Interaction: Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address challenges during the project, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other craftsmen, contractors, and designers as needed, while primarily working independently.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company standards and adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
Pay & Shift:
- $22.00-$32.00 per hour
- 10 hour shifts
- Monday – Thursday (weekends off)
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of [insert years] years of experience in kitchen and bath remodeling or related fields.
- Skills: Proficient in plumbing, drywall, framing, cabinetry, tile work, backsplash installation, and basic electrical tasks.

- Physical Requirements: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various conditions.
