United Talent Staffing is recruiting for multiple Foreman positions in the Morgantown, West Virginia, Tucker County, West Virginia and Deep Creek, Maryland areas.
The primary duties for the Foreman position consists of supervising staff painters, communicating daily tasks (written and verbal), monitoring painting techniques, adherence to specifications, general safety and clean up, and other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have 2+ years' experience in the painting industry, solid knowledge of the preparation and application of paints, stains and surface preparation materials to a wide variety of surface, familiar with OSHA safety guidelines, PPE requirements and hazardous material handling, application and disposal, as well as commitment to customer service and accuracy, for both the company and its customers and have a quality minded focus.
Pay is based on experience.
