United Talent is actively seeking Production/Assembly Workers at a manufacturing facility in Clarksburg, WV. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor material production machinery according to established procedures.
- Remove finished products from production line and neatly sort them into designated boxes or containers.
- Assist coworkers and team members as needed to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
Pay & Shift:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Saturday, 7:30am-3:30pm, $10.75/HR
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 3:30pm-11:30pm, $12/HR
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:30pm-7:30am, $13.25/HR
- 6 Days on & 2 Days off (Rotating schedule)
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
- Capable of lifting and handling objects weighing up to 40lbs.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Strong ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for oneself and coworkers.
