How soon can I start working?
Our job opportunities change on a daily basis. Once the application process is complete, you will be considered based on your preferences and skills and will be offered appropriate positions. Our process ensures we have The Right People on every job.
What is involved in the application process?

Complete our online job application. You will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as asked preference of shift, type of work, and preference of location.

We will interview you and check your references. You may be asked to complete testing or assessments to determine your skill level. Some positions also require a drug screen prior to assignment.

Once you have completed the process, you will go through basic safety training and integrity testing.

Finally, you will be offered jobs that suit your skills, experience, and preferences.

Does United Talent hire people who have served time?
Yes. We are a 2nd chance employer. We believe in the power of work and in reducing barriers to employment.

We provide jobs to anyone who wants to work, including people who have served time for non-violent offenses.

How often should I contact your office after an interview?
We encourage you to call or email our office at least once a week so we are aware of your availability.
What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
Sometimes a job just isn’t a good fit. It happens. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay on long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will work as quickly as possible to place you elsewhere.
What do I pay for your services?
As an applicant or associate, you will not pay for any of the services United Talent provides.

When I am on assignment with a United Talent client, who is my employer?
Regardless of which client you do work for, United Talent is your legal employer and you should contact us directly with any work-related issues.
What should I do if my job duties are different than those that were described to me?
Please notify United Talent immediately.
What is the policy if I’m unable to report to work or will be in late?
You must notify United Talent immediately if you will be tardy or unable to report to work.
What should I do if my assignment has ended?
Be sure to let United Talent know when your work assignment has ended so you may be considered for a new assignment.
