Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments for clients and staff
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing
  • Assist clients with completing insurance-related forms and documents
  • Offer basic information regarding the company and its services
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
