United Talent is currently seeking a Skilled Laborer for the Tri- State area, WV, OH, & KY!
Pay and shift: Pay is $17-25 an hour based on experience, Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction tasks, including roofing, flooring, window/door installation, and remodel work.
- Support small plumbing and electrical projects under supervision.
- Perform concrete preparation, mixing, pouring, and finishing as required.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow project plans, measurements, and directions to complete work to specification.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines.
PPE & Tools Requirements:
- Associates must bring their own small hand tools and tool belt.
- Associates are required to provide their own steel-toe boots, work gloves, and safety glasses.
- Employer provides larger tools and equipment needed for the job site.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general construction, remodeling, or skilled labor preferred.
- Ability to read and follow basic blueprints, sketches, and measurements.
- Knowledge of general construction practices, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
