United Talent Staffing is seeking motivated Production & Assembly Associates to join a leading plastics manufacturing facility in Clarksburg, WV. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to assemble plastic coat hangers
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Package and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and production guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Shift:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Saturday, 7:30am-3:30pm, $10.75/HR
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 3:30pm-11:30pm, $12/HR
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:30pm-7:30am, $13.25/HR
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be dependable with good attendance
- Must be able to pass background and Drug screen
