We are actively seeking an AutoCAD Technician in the Morgantown location. 28/HR – 1st Shift!
Key Responsibilities:
*Create and update detailed drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
*Create and update detailed drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
*Interpret utility plans, survey notes, and engineering sketches.
*Draft layouts for gas pipeline systems, service lines, and related infrastructure.
*Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field personnel to ensure accuracy and project alignment.
*Maintain project documentation and comply with company CAD standards and procedures.
*Assist with as-built documentation and revisions based on field changes.
Qualifications:
*Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required, 3D a plus).
*Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required, 3D a plus).
*Experience in drafting for utilities, preferably natural gas.
*Knowledge of pipeline design standards and industry regulations is a plus.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
*Associate degree or technical certification in drafting/design preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience working with GIS systems or CAD-integrated GIS software.
