United Talent is currently seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join a dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will report directly to the Accounting Lease Supervisor and be responsible for ensuring that all financial obligations and lease terms are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Pay and shift $34 an hour, Remote
Key Responsibilities:

Draft lease documents such as amendments, renewals, and terminations, as well as lease correspondence and official landlord notices

Maintain positive landlord and subtenant relationships in accordance with lease and sublease agreements

Review and analyze leases and provide recommendations to the Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Managers to support innovative solutions

Interpret lease language and advise internal teams on maintenance, repairs, and other obligations

Audit lease-related invoices and correspondence for accuracy and compliance with agreements

Negotiate expense reductions and reconcile discrepancies with landlords or property managers

Process and manage lease documents, ensuring proper signatures and timely submission

Abstract and maintain lease data in CoStar, including rental rates, landlord info, and changes in payment terms

Manage lease vendors and landlords in the CoStar database, ensuring accurate records and documentation

Handle requests for Certificates of Insurance (COIs), Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreements (SNDAs), and Estoppels

Prepare and process monthly rent payments and ensure timely reimbursements and reconciliations

Track sublease accounts receivable and payment activity

Generate and distribute various reports for leadership, including expense savings, landlord payments, and ad hoc reports

Support process improvement initiatives within the Lease Administration team

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field

3–5 years of commercial real estate, lease administration, or paralegal experience

Experience with PeopleSoft and/or CoStar preferred
-
Advanced understanding of complex lease terminology and lease structures

Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy

Ability to work independently and think critically

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
