United Talent Staffing has IMMEDIATE openings for full-time Warehouse Loaders in the New Martinsville, WV area! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Pay & Shift:
- Starting pay: $12 per hour
- Shifts: Monday – Saturday, starting at either 8:00 AM or 3:00 PM depending on assignment.
- Candidates must be available to work overtime based on production needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load windows, doors, and related materials onto trucks or into storage areas.
- Handle all products carefully to prevent damage during loading and unloading.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify orders, match documentation, and ensure accuracy of materials.
- Keep warehouse space clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
- Must consent to a background check and drug screen (prior convictions do not automatically disqualify candidates).
- Must wear closed-toed shoes.
- Must be able to read a tape measure and fine/small print.
- Ability to push and pull heavy carts.
- Must be comfortable working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
Perks & Benefits:
- Referral Bonus: $40 after 40 hours worked, plus $125 after 100 hours worked (no cap).
