United Talent Staffing is immediately seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Operator/Relief Driver in the Atlanta area!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a box truck to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload the truck at stops, including dealerships and the warehouse.
- Use provided equipment, such as a pallet jack and lift gate, for efficient loading and unloading.
- Preform warehouse tasks when not driving.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
- ELD usage is required.
Requirements:
- Previous driving experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification or experience.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50lbs consistently.
- Possess a DOT Medical Card, or we will assist in obtaining one.
- Must maintain a clean and clear driving record.
- Experience with a hand-held PDA device is a plus.
Pay & shift:
- $19.00HR Overtime eligible
- Working hours may vary depending on the scheduled routes, typically will be departing between 6:30am and 7:45am.
- The position requires 2-3 overnights per week, which may vary week-by-week depending on the route.
- Monday- Friday Saturdays are required once a month for inventory purposes.
Additional Benefits:
- Cell Phone Allowance: $5.00/day when driving (not eligible for days working in the warehouse).
- Travel advance provided to cover all expenses before traveling.
