United Talent Staffing is immediately hiring Shop Laborers for a concrete company in Mt. Clare, WV. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are comfortable working in a physically demanding, industrial environment.
Job Duties:
- Assist with general shop labor and production support
- Move forms and transport finished and unfinished concrete products
- Load and unload materials and freight
- Perform shop and yard clean-up, including:
- Cleaning out concrete forms
- Removing excess/spilled concrete from work areas
- Work with rebar (reinforcing steel) as part of production processes
- Support team with daily operational tasks as needed
Pay & Shift:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift may end earlier depending on workload completion
- Overtime required and must be available
- Pay: $16/hour
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work in non-temperature-controlled environments, including outdoor conditions
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Industrial forklift experience is a plus
