United Talent is actively seeking a Clinical Integration Specialist. This is a remote role with a 6 month contract (possibility of moving to full time but not guaranteed)

The Clinical Integration Specialist supports the Medical Affairs Clinical Communication & Integration team by ensuring the scientific and clinical accuracy of marketing and internal materials. This role is heavily focused on downstream material review and validation of clinical claims against published scientific evidence.
This position plays a key role in managing review workflows, supporting knowledge management systems, and collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate has strong academic rigor and the ability to critically evaluate peer-reviewed research.
Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)

Review marketing and internal materials for clinical and scientific accuracy

Validate clinical claims against robust scientific evidence

Ensure all statements are properly substantiated and defensible

Represent Medical Affairs during content review workflows

Serve as the U.S. stakeholder entry point for review processes

Conduct literature searches to support claim validation and content accuracy

Synthesize clinical findings into clear, well-supported summaries

Support knowledge management systems, including claims repositories and shared content platforms

Update and organize training materials related to knowledge management tools

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability within review processes

Provide regular progress updates and collaborate with global team members
Qualifications
Required:

Master’s degree in a science or clinical field

Strong academic background with ability to critically evaluate peer-reviewed research

Deep understanding of scientific evidence validation

Experience working with published clinical research

Ability to work independently in a high-volume review environment
Preferred:

Medical writing experience

Experience with clinical label/material review

Exposure to regulatory or claims substantiation processes

Experience conducting structured literature searches

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Interest in technology-enabled solutions (including AI platforms) to improve processes
Note: Academic rigor is more important than years of industry experience.
