CNC Operator

United Talent is immediately hiring CNC Router Operator Associates in Powder Springs, GA!

• Set up and operate CNC router machines to cut wood and other materials according to blueprints and specifications
 • Interpret technical drawings, 3D renderings, and orthographic projections
 • Input G-code and adjust feed rates, speeds, and tool paths for precision cutting
 • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
 • Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality compliance
 • Measure and verify calculations before machine setup
 • Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and tooling replacement
 • Rework materials as needed to match blueprint designs
 • Maintain production and quality control records
 • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Pay starts at $18.00-$21.00, based on experience
 Monday – Friday; 8a-5pm
 Overtime as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred
 • 2+ years CNC machine operating experience preferred (SCM, HOMAG, or similar equipment)
 • Experience with CNC G-Code preferred
 • Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
 • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
 • Strong math and measurement skills
 • Excellent attention to detail
 • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
 • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
 • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 • Drug testing and background check required
