Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Pick, pack, and ship service parts to business customers using barcode technology.

Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and materials from purchase orders.

Organize and manage warehouse inventory and storage locations using a warehouse management system.

Coordinate pick-up and delivery of shipments including TL and LTL freight.

Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Receive and distribute incoming packages to internal team members.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers via email, chat systems, and verbal communication.

Order and manage warehouse shipping and receiving supplies.

Perform minor facility maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing repairs or upkeep of building structures as needed.

Support operational improvements to increase efficiency and workflow.

Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

High school diploma or GED preferred.

1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.

Experience with barcode scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory tracking systems is a plus.

Basic maintenance knowledge (carpentry, plumbing, or general building upkeep) is helpful but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to read and understand basic instructions, shipping documents, and correspondence.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
