Job Duties include:
- Manage order flow
- Handle quotes
- Provide technical support,
- Act as the primary contact for customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry
- Inbound and outbound calls
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years related work experience in sales or Customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay and Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm pay is $16 per hour
