United Talent is immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician for a company in Charleston WV!
Job Duties:
- Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting in residential units and common areas
- Replace and maintain HVAC filters to ensure proper system performance
- Handle plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Complete small carpentry projects including door, cabinet, and drywall repairs
- Prepare and paint apartments for new tenants, including touch-ups and full unit turns
- Assist with general upkeep of apartment grounds and common areas
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations
Pay and Shift: Monday – Friday 8Am -4:30PM, Pay $15.04
Requirements:
- Construction experience
- Landscaping experience
- Painting experience
- Reliable Transpiration
