United Talent is immediately hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Proctorville, OH!
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth & Lead Gen: Proactively hunt for new business through social media management (FB/IG), inbound inquiries, and strategic outreach to fill the sales pipeline.
- Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and launch targeted promotions to boost service bookings, while monitoring performance to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Sales & Account Management: Engage prospects across all channels to close sales, upsell services to existing accounts, and consistently follow up to increase revenue.
- Optimize Operations: Coordinate scheduling and route efficiency to maximize daily revenue while supporting essential day-to-day office operations.
- Client Retention & Service: Deliver a seamless customer experience to ensure high retention, repeat business, and a steady stream of referrals
Pay & Shift: Monday- Friday Starting at $18+hour (based on experience) plus Commission & Bonuses: Performance-based incentives tied to: New client acquisition, Service upsells and account growth, and Monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) required, with 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
- Sales & Growth Mindset: Proven ability to identify lead generation opportunities, engage comfortably with clients, and support business growth through a results-driven approach.
- Digital & Marketing Skills: Proficient in social media marketing (Facebook/Instagram), content creation, and basic office software like email and spreadsheets.
- Professionalism & Organization: Highly organized multitasker with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to attend local or company events.
