United Talent Staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic property management team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in person and over the phone
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely, professional manner
- Process rental applications and assist with leasing paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of traffic, leads, and leasing activity
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Pay & Shift:
- $17/hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and walk-in traffic
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
- Clean background required
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening (THC-friendly)
- Ability to work full-time schedule

- Business casual attire required
