No two days look the same. This is a role for someone who likes to stay busy and solve problems:
- Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Maintain HVAC systems, including filter changes
- Handle plumbing repairs such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
- Complete carpentry work including doors, drywall, and cabinets
- Prepare and paint apartments, including full unit turns and touch-ups
- Assist with general upkeep of grounds and common areas
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Pay and Shift: Monday – Friday 8Am -4:30PM, Pay $15.04
Requirements
- Experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, or painting
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
