Cleaning Technician
United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Cleaning Technicians for a growing residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning company. This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals who take pride in quality work, attention to detail, and creating clean, safe spaces for customers.
Position Overview
The Cleaning Technician will assist with routine maintenance cleaning, regular residential and commercial cleaning assignments, and deep cleaning services as needed. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and have a flexible schedule to meet client needs. Most work will be during daytime hours, with one to two evening shifts per week as needed.
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance cleaning
- Complete residential and commercial cleaning assignments
- Provide deep cleaning services as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while on job sites
- Ensure work is completed thoroughly, efficiently, and safely
Schedule
- Typical day shift: 9:00 AM until jobs are completed (generally by 6:00 PM)
- Evening shifts: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM as scheduled
- Schedule varies based on client needs
- Most work is during the day, with approximately one to two evening shifts each week
- Part-time position averaging 26–37 hours per week
Compensation & Employment Structure
- Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Opportunity for a wage increase upon permanent hire
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Flexible availability to accommodate client scheduling needs
- Strong reliability and dependability
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Background check required
- Must pass a drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Safety-minded and able to follow workplace safety procedures
