United Talent Staffing is hiring Warehouse Loaders / Dock Workers for an immediate full-time opportunity in the New Martinsville, WV area! We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you're safety-minded, reliable, and ready to work, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload windows, doors, and building materials from trucks.
- Wrap and prepare products for shipment.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment (training provided as applicable).
- Verify orders and ensure shipments are accurate.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $13.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, starting at 8:00 AM or Noon
- Occasional Friday shifts based on production needs
- Overtime required as needed to meet production demands
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and work for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to push and pull loaded carts.
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
- Must be able to read small print and follow written instructions.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Must be dependable with good attendance.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen. (Previous convictions do not automatically disqualify applicants.)
