Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish by phone and email.
- Assist customers with account questions, billing, service requests, and internet-related inquiries.
- Research and resolve customer issues using internal systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Meet call center performance goals and quality standards.
- Promote additional services when appropriate.
- Follow company policies and complete other duties as assigned.
Pay & Shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Reliable attendance and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
