United Talent Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner for a Housing Authority in Charleston WV!
Job Duties:
- Clean and sanitize common areas, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.
- Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous interactions with residents and staff.
- Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned.
Pay and Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours per week) Pay is 14.10 per hour.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Dependable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
