Lawn Care / Landscape Laborer

United Talent Staffing is hiring dependable Lawn Care / Landscape Laborers for a growing landscaping company in the Morgantown, WV area. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and don't mind physical work, this is a great opportunity to join a hardworking team.
Associates will meet each morning at a centralized location before traveling to various job sites throughout the area.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and weed eating
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping materials
- Spread mulch, topsoil, and gravel as needed
- Assist with landscape installation and general grounds maintenance
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Remove debris and keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures while working outdoors
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Schedule & Pay
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Meet at a centralized location each morning before traveling to job sites
- Overtime may be available based on workload and weather
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the meeting location
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
