United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Order Picker & Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in the Morgantown, WV area.
Due to a temporary increase in inventory, this assignment is currently offering an incentive pay rate of $17.00 per hour for the next two weeks. Once the incentive period ends, the regular pay rate will return to $10-12 per hour depending on shift. Candidates may choose to work the two-week temporary project only or remain on the assignment full-time at the regular pay rate.
Job Duties
- Load, unload, sort, pick, and pack products.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and meet daily production goals.
Pay & Schedule
- Temporary incentive pay: $17.00 per hour for two weeks
- Regular pay after incentive period: $10.00 per hour
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 8:00 PM–4:30 AM

Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
