NOW HIRING: Electronic Assembly Associate
United Talent Staffing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Associate for an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity!
The ideal candidate will have basic assembly skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and electronic components. This position involves assembling electronic systems, preparing equipment enclosures, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has mechanical aptitude, and is interested in developing skills in electronic assembly and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and mechanical hardware into completed assemblies and systems.
- Install and secure electronic equipment, controls, power supplies, terminals, and other components into small and large enclosures.
- Measure, mark, drill, punch, and modify metal, plastic, and fiberglass enclosures according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Operate hand drills, drill presses, hole saws, knockout punches, and other fabrication tools.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and bills of materials.
- Perform visual inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Perform additional assembly and production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic assembly skills are required.
- Ability to work with hand tools and basic fabrication equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical specifications.
- Willingness to learn electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly procedures.
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $14.00 per hour
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Dress Code
- Comfortable, appropriate work clothes are acceptable.
- Jeans and a plain T-shirt are permitted.
- Closed-toed shoes are required.
