United Talent Staffing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for an established commercial appliance and foodservice equipment company in Wheeling, WV. This opportunity includes an established sales route and existing customer accounts, with room to grow your territory through new business development.
You will help restaurants, bars, convenience stores, schools, healthcare facilities, and other local businesses find equipment and supplies that meet their needs.
Pay & Schedule
- $18–$19 per hour plus commission.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage an established sales route and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Visit customer locations regularly to discuss equipment and supply needs.
- Identify and develop new accounts within your assigned territory.
- Recommend products and solutions based on each customer’s business needs.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and orders to provide dependable customer service.
- Organize your daily route, appointments, and sales follow-ups independently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Previous sales, account management, foodservice, or restaurant experience preferred.
- Comfortable visiting local businesses and developing new customer relationships.
