United Talent Staffing is currently hiring Service Technicians in Lithia Springs, GA!
Job Duties:
  • Perform service, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of ResMed devices (CPAP and APAP).
  • Troubleshoot device failures to the sub-assembly level using service manuals, service software, and test equipment (flow meter, manometer, digital voltage meter, oscilloscope).
  • Perform hardware and software calibrations in line with service manuals and company specifications.
  • Document customer-reported problems, technical findings, and resolutions in the complaint management system.
  • Adhere to company policies on complaint handling, entitlement verification, and problem escalation.
  • Stay up to date on all ResMed product specifications, updates, and technical notifications.
  • Follow ISO and FDA standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
Pay and Shift:
  • Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm
  • $20 an hour
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of Technical Education, Technical Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on service/repair experience in a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet applications.
  • Familiarity with ISO and FDA standards (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ESD precautions.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 35–50+ WPM.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen.
