United Talent is currently seeking Billing Coder for a Medical Billing company in Huntington, WV! Must be able to pass a background check for this company and be certified in medical coding.
Job Duties: may include, but are not limited to:
● Accurately assigned ICD and CPT codes to patient records
● Reviewed patient charts and identified any discrepancies in the medical documentation
● Communicated with insurance companies regarding the updates in in invoices
● Followed state law requirements and guidelines when performing coding procedures
Pay and Shift: Pay is $15 an hour. Shifts are Monday- Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm, on Fridays 7:30am-4:00pm, 30-minute lunch.
Dress Code: casual, no holes in pants, no spaghetti straps, must remain covered in appropriate areas.
Requirements:
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation
- Coding certification
