Position Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the entire operation of a branch, from ensuring the attainment of sales goals to overseeing everyone provides service excellence. The Branch Manager will manage staff and foster a positive team environment. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement and operational excellence.

Primary Objectives:
▪ Strategic efforts as it relates to sales and business development of new and existing partnerships through a consultative sales approach.
▪ Create, maintain and increase branch profitability through sales and operations excellence.
▪ Lead the efforts of the team to develop, execute and monitor Recruitment Marketing plans.
▪ Effectively manage and mentor branch team.
▪ Engage in community and networking events to maximize branding.
▪ Create contacts within the industry and attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
▪ Plan and direct branch activities to successfully meet goals and objectives.
▪ Direct all branch operational aspects including operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
▪ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
▪ Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
▪ Audit branch performance relating to job openings, recruiting activities and making valuable use of spare time.
▪ Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
▪ Locate areas of process improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
▪ Address customers and employee satisfaction issues promptly by utilizing our Quality Assurance Process.
▪ Assist in safety initiatives for associates including prompt reporting and follow-up of injuries.
▪ Drive revenue through networking and sales initiatives by being present in the market.
▪ Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
▪ Meet or exceed net operating income and sales budget goals.
▪ Implement and manage a detailed marketing campaign to increase customer awareness.
▪ Work closely with Corporate Personnel as needed.

Education, Experience & Skills:
▪ High School diploma required, college or additional training preferred.
▪ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience including outside business to business sales.
▪ Customer Service, Sales, Human Resources and Management experience preferred.
▪ Experience in change management and implementation of new processes/standard operating procedures.
▪ CSP or HR certification preferred.
▪ Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
▪ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products.
▪ Honest and ethical team player.
▪ Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
▪ Excellent organization and prioritizing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
▪ Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
▪ Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork with a positive attitude.
▪ Have strong ability to respond appropriately to various situations and able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
▪ Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
▪ Capable of maintaining the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
▪ Ability to travel and be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
▪ Able to pass a drug screen, background check, DMV check and provide proof of automobile insurance coverage.

Hours, Work Environment and Physical Demands:
▪ Regular office hours are 8:00 – 5:00, Monday through Friday.
▪ The role of the Branch Manager may vary depending on the needs of the business. Potential nights and weekend hours may occur.
▪ This position is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or more than 50 pounds.
