United Talent is immediately hiring Cabinet Sales Associate in Greenville, SC!
Job Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner to assess cabinet and design needs

Guide customers through selecting cabinets based on budget, style, and space requirements

Provide expert product knowledge on cabinet materials, finishes, and custom options
-
Assist customers with kitchen design selections and layout planning
-
Utilize design software (such as 2020 Design) to create cabinet layouts and visual plans
-
Prepare accurate price quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
-
Process orders and coordinate with suppliers and installation teams
-
Measure job sites or review measurements to ensure accurate cabinet fitting
-
Follow up with clients to maintain strong customer relationships and support repeat business
-
Prospect and reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities
-
Maintain showroom appearance and ensure displays are organized and up to date
-
Attend product training sessions and stay informed on industry trends and new products

Work collaboratively with operations and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Pay & Shift: $28.84 per hour/ 8am-430pm (When hired on and after 1st year, 60,000 plus commission)
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
-
1–3 years of sales experience preferred (cabinetry, home improvement, or interior design industry preferred)

Experience assisting customers with kitchen cabinet selection based on budget, style, and space

Experience in kitchen design and layout planning preferred

Proficiency with design software such as 2020 Design strongly preferred

Experience preparing quotes, proposals, and processing sales orders

Ability to review or take job site measurements for cabinet installation

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales software
-
Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
