United Talent is immediately hiring Cherry Picker/Shipping and Receiving Associates in Hiram, GA!
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and process daily material orders, including accepting deliveries, labeling items, and distributing packages and internal mail.
- Prepare and organize bills of lading, shipping labels, order receipts, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate customer deliveries and provide excellent customer service by resolving shipment tracking, invoicing, and delivery-related inquiries.
- Box and package goods for shipment, address packages, and communicate with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled stockroom and storage area.
- Maintain accurate records of goods shipped and received and prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisors.
- Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure adequate storage space and staffing for incoming deliveries.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot shipping and receiving issues as needed.
- Use RF scanners to track, locate, and process warehouse inventory.
- Safely operate a Cherry Picker to retrieve, move, and organize materials as required.
Pay & Shift:
- Pay starts at $17.75 per hour, based on experience.
- Shift: First and Mid Shift available
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of experience working with BOLs.
- Experience using Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse inventory procedures.
- Ability to safely operate a Cherry Picker.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- At least one year of warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
