Cleaning Technician
United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Cleaning Technicians for a growing residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning company. This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals who take pride in quality work, attention to detail, and creating clean, safe spaces for customers.
Position Overview
The Cleaning Technician will assist with routine maintenance cleaning, regular residential and commercial cleanings, and deep cleaning services as needed. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance cleaning
- Complete regular residential and commercial cleaning assignments
- Provide deep cleaning services as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while on job sites
- Ensure work is completed thoroughly and efficiently
Schedule
- Day shift start time: 9:00 AM
- Day shift end time: Up to 6:00 PM, depending on job completion
- Evening shift: 4:30 PM up to 9:00 PM
Compensation & Employment Structure
- Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Opportunity for wage increase if hired on.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong reliability and dependability
- Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Tier 2 background check required
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Safety-minded and able to follow workplace safety procedures
