United Talent Staffing is hiring a Credit Union Manager for a small, well-established credit union in Charleston, WV. This branch serves postal employees and their families and manages about $6 million in assets.
We’re looking for someone with banking or credit union experience who’s ready to take on a leadership role and help the branch grow.
Responsibilities
  •  Run daily branch operations and assist members with accounts and loans.
  • Lead a small team (1–5 staff members).
  • Make sure all policies and regulations are followed.
  • Help with financial reports, budgeting, and board meetings.
  • Develop ideas to increase membership, deposits, and loans.
  • Handle member questions and concerns.
Key Requirements 
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of credit union or banking experience.
  • Knowledge of financial products and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using financial software and Microsoft Office.
  • Must pass a background and credit check.
