United Talent Staffing is seeking an EAM Analyst – Workforce Management to join the Hope Gas team in Morgantown, WV or the surrounding areas. (Possibility for Hybrid/Remote.) 
 
PLEASE NOTE: Hope Gas headquarters is in Morgantown, WV and the EAM Analyst would be required to come into the office 2-4 times per month.

The EAM Analyst needs to be an experienced SAP EAM Systems Analyst to work on a team that supports an SAP-FSM Work Management solution.  The ideal candidate has experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) with distribution utilities in a regulated environment. 
 
Primary Responsibilities 
  • Work with internal customers to understand requirements and expectations that will be potentially automated. Research, design, develop, configure, and test SAP and FSM software applications per specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.  Ability to absorb information about internal customer needs, analyze and implement recommendations.
  • Manage the configuration and testing of the components needed to support our enterprise asset management and plant maintenance organizations. Work as a member of a team to integrate these systems into the overall SAP ERP solution.
  • Self-driven individual that has the desire to solve problems to enhance the services we provide to our customers.
  • Interact daily with internal customers across all lines of business to analyze business processes and define business requirements.
  • Consult with programmers to evaluate interfaces between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements, and/or resolve internal customer problems.
  • Develop documentation for appropriate SAP and FSM applications.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in application development and support primarily focused SAP EAM and PM modules and SAP FSM. Ideally will have SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP EAM and PM integrated with work scheduling packages. Ideally will have SAP FSM experience.        

Reports to: VP, Corporate Services 

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000
