Event Staffing Associate – Food Relations

• Greeting and assisting event guests, attendees, and vendors
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries
• Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and venue preparation
• Supporting food and beverage service operations as needed
• Managing event supplies, materials, and equipment
• Monitoring event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Assisting with guest registration, ticketing, or check-in processes
• Collaborating with event coordinators and team members to meet event objectives

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, or event support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting and carrying event materials and equipment
• Working in crowded, fast-paced settings
• Performing physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown
