United Talent Staffing is seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to support Mountaineer Stadium during the football game on Saturday, November 29, 2025. Event Staff will assist with guest entry and general stadium support, including ushering, bag checks, handheld metal detector screening, and ticket scanning. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in cold weather and able to help maintain a safe, efficient, and positive game-day experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ushering: Guide guests to seating sections, assist with crowd flow, and provide directions throughout the stadium.
- Bag Screening: Conduct quick, accurate bag checks in accordance with stadium security policies.
- Metal Detector Wanding: Use handheld metal detectors to screen guests for prohibited items.
- Ticket Scanning: Scan and validate tickets at designated entry points to keep lines moving efficiently.
- Guest Assistance: Provide friendly, helpful customer service by answering basic questions and assisting guests when needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a secure, well-organized event environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $15 per hour
- Free parking right by Football Facility
- Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
Requirements
- Availability: Must be available at least 4 hours before kickoff on November 29th. Final reporting times will be announced the week of the event.
- Background Check: Required for all candidates.
- Dress Code: Black pants, black shoes, black belt. A uniform polo shirt and jacket will be provided at check-in.
- Cold Weather: Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in cold temperatures.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to the full duration of the event.
- Physical Expectations: Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the stadium as needed.
- Team-Oriented: Able to work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
