Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team at our on-site general store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking and maintaining the store's inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized retail space.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers, answering questions and providing recommendations
– Operate the cash register and process sales transactions
– Stock and restock shelves, ensuring items are neatly displayed
– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the general store
– Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred
– Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
– Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Compensation and Benefits:
– $10 per hour
