United Talent is immediately hiring for a Grounds Maintenance Worker located in Charleston, WV. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in one of the most picturesque and peaceful areas in the city, helping maintain beautiful public spaces and historic parks. Job Duties:
• Strives to be efficient and effective at balancing and meeting the common needs and reasonable expectations of core constituents.
• Contributes toward the department’s mission by continuously striving to meet expectations, strategic goals, and objectives.
• Performs various maintenance functions on public grounds, green spaces, and/or historic parks, including, but not limited to, cutting grass, making minor repairs, picking up trash, cleaning, planting flowers and trees, trimming trees/bushes, pulling vines and weeds, and blowing leaves.
• Operates various equipment, including mower, weed eater, trimmer, and tiller; performs maintenance on mowers and other equipment.
• Helps maintain the natural beauty of some of the city’s most scenic areas, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for the community.

Pay & Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM available, pay $13.00/hr
