Industrial Maintenance Technician – Steel Manufacturing
United Talent Staffing is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a steel manufacturing facility!

We are looking for candidates who are highly trainable, dependable, and coachable with previous knowledge or experience in mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, welding, or industrial maintenance work.
Job Responsibilities
Associates will perform ongoing maintenance and repairs on steel casting machinery and equipment. Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning and maintaining industrial equipment
- Dismantling machinery for maintenance and repairs
- Performing welding repairs
- Replacing and installing mechanical components
- Assembling and repairing hydraulic equipment
- Lubricating mechanical equipment
- Troubleshooting and completing mechanical repairs
- Assisting with preventative maintenance
- Following all plant safety procedures and requirements
Shift Information
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Lunch: 30 minutes
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Lunch: 30 minutes
Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial steel manufacturing environment and able to work their assigned shift consistently.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified candidates must:
- Be mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Have some experience or knowledge related to diesel, mechanical, hydraulic, welding, or industrial maintenance work
- Successfully complete a background check and drug screen which includes a hair follicle test
- Have steel-toe boots
- Wear a long-sleeve shirt and jeans while working
- Be dependable, safety-conscious, trainable, and coachable
