United Talent Staffing is currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate for a well-established plumbing supply company in the Uniontown, PA area.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about building and plumbing materials
- Process sales transactions, quotes, and special orders
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, and residential customers
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory
- Keep the sales floor and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Work closely with team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Learn new products and stay current on industry materials and solutions
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $15.00–$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Rotating Saturday schedule
- Weekly Pay
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, construction, plumbing, HVAC, building materials, hardware, landscaping, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of plumbing materials such as PEX, PVC, copper, Schedule 40, SDR35, or related products is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
