Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department

Answer and transfer incoming phone calls professionally

Schedule appointments for clients and staff

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing

Assist clients with completing insurance-related forms and documents

Offer basic information regarding the company and its services
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use

Professional appearance and demeanor

Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
