Pay & Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, Starting pay is based on experience.
Requirements:
- Licensing: Must possess an active Kentucky Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related field required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-Focused: Dedicated to achieving outstanding client satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and various digital communication tools.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in both remote and in-office environments, maintaining productivity and team cohesion.
- Professionalism: Display a positive and professional demeanor when representing The Hutch Agency.
Perks & Benefits:
