United Talent Staffing is currently hiring for IT Tech Support Specialists in Charleston, WV!
Music and Video Technical Support Specialist with experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to music and video production. The primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance to end-users in media production environment, configuring multimedia equipment, and ensuring the seamless operation of audio and video systems.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and assistance to staff for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, both remotely and in person.
• Set-up and configure, peripherals and software for new employees.
• Assist with the maintenance and management of technology-related inventory.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and specialists for complex technical issues.
Requirements:
• Associate degree in computer science; Bachelor's Degree preferred, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Two (2) or more years of experience with technology solutions/applications and processes.
• Two (2) or more years' experience in Windows, macOS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Windows XP and IP Networks.
